Artistic activities are carried out as artistic mediation: The artists accompany the children/adolescents and their tutors in a creation process in such a way that their journey from work to work undergoes a process of transformation of themselves.
Meditation practice in the modalities:
4.1 or with exercises that lead each of the participants to come into authentic contact with their body, their nature internally, his family and the world.
This practice makes possible the direct experience of the body, the formation of new positive neural circuits and the development of an attitude of compassion towards oneself and towards others. Training methodology:It begins by establishing the neurobiological bases of the treatment, proceeding to explain the logical sequence of the program, the objectives of Psychotherapy - IIG for each period of development and the various psychological situations of children that we can be faced with. The experience of neurobiological regulation methods, meditation practices for children and the experimentation of group EMDR protocols continues. The artists guide the participants in the staging of playful activities with the aim of differentiating emotions (for pre-adolescents), finding themselves in relationship with the other and with oneself (for adolescents), motivating joy and attachment (for children and their tutors).
SEXUAL VIOLENCE PREVENTION PROGRAMS BASED ON FULL ATTENTION, PVSBAP.
The objective of this program is for children to develop in a harmonious and playful way strategies to deal with different situations of sexual violence that they may encounter.
Taking advantage of the fact that the practice of Mindfulness is very simple, it goes through the body a lot (children understand body language perfectly), and it is a prevention tool to help children and adolescents cope with stress, dispersion , anxiety and calm down, our program is based on this practice.
Through this program, children adopt behaviors to prevent and protect themselves from aggressors, and not become victims due to lack of knowledge, adequate and internalized information, including their families.
In addition to the complete program of Full Attention, Artistic Interventions with corporal expression and play are made, integrating exercises on respect for sexuality and the prevention of sexual violence.
Training program for adults: Prevention of sexual violence based on Mindfulness and Art. 2022/01. Cali, Colombia.

I am writing to you with the kind and respectful intention of inviting you on behalf of Susy and the IEP - Colombia Foundation, to the next day of meditation and silence.
El Bosquecillo is a space for all, to share and surrender to the pleasant experience of feeling ourselves, from the perception of silence. A way to honor and thank for the magnitude, creativity, versatility and energy as humans.
The meditations that are carried out for that day are from Tich Nhat Hanh, Mingyur Rinpoche and mindfulness exercises from JON KABAT ZIN and Eline Snel.
I would like to tell you that from my own experience, this space has helped me to love, recognize, share and cooperate in the essence of inhabiting perceptions and my nature as a human.
The day of meditation and silence has no cost.
Now I am going to what is essential: Those who want to stay at the El Bosquecillo farm from Saturday, November 23 to Sunday, November 24, should call Doña Gabriela at the number 3113024416 to reserve their bed and the feeding if necessary.
Note: Remember that each one is responsible for himself. This means, call Doña Gabi and reserve what they need. and remember that lunch will be in silence.
Anyone who wants to bring their food and cook can do it too. There is a kitchen there.
Rich that at the NIGHT meal for those of us who stay, let's share. Take if you want what you like. AFTER DINNER, WE WILL HAVE A CONVERSATION ON THE PHILOSOPHICAL FOUNDATIONS OF THIS DAY OF MEDITATION AND SILENCE FOR PEACE.
You can take the chiva that goes from Cali to Felidia, on Calle 10 # 10-45 (it is in the center, in front of the Santa Rosa bookstore. Where the chivas board is a parking lot on Calle 10, which is located in front of a Super Inter and diagonal there is a bakery called: Panadería y Pastelería la 9a) IMPORTANT TO BE BEFORE 7 AM to reach LA CHIVA ).
When you get to the little town of Felidia, you get out there and ask for cars or motorcycles that will take you to the FINCA EL BOSQUECILLO VEREDA EL DIAMANTE DEL PADRE AMADEO.
